Top Five Coral Gables Real Estate Sales

It is clear that the real estate market has turned the corner and rebounded in a positive direction.  Over the past 90 days, almost 220 properties have sold with a broad spectrum of sale prices ranging from about $200K to well over $3 million.  Coral Gables has some of the most beautiful properties in all of South Florida that offer a perfect combination of old Florida character, updated remodeling, and high-end fixtures and finishes that create elegant homes for those have a strong desire to live the Coral Gables lifestyle.  Following are the top five Coral Gables real estate sales:

190 Edgewater Drive, Baker Homestead, Sale Price:  $3,250,000
