Gables Ponce

With the Grand Opening event wrapped just a week ago, Gables Ponce is “officially” open and ready for business.  The modern architecture with a Mediterranean-style slant complements the up and coming community’s atmosphere.  The first phase features 10 stories with 248 residences comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom units.  Located on the first level is a large retail space with Epicure Gourmet Market, occupying over 24,000 square feet, set to open later this year.

The first phase, recently completed, features one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes with square footage ranging from just over 700 square feet for a one-bedroom unit to almost 1,200 square feet for a two-bedroom home.  Three-bedroom residences will be just over 1,400 square feet in size.  Rental rates range from just over $2,000 per month for a one-bedroom to almost $4,000 for a three-bedroom.  There are contemporary loft styled one-bedroom townhouses as well that are just over 1,100 square feet and have monthly rental rates just under $2,500.

To move in, tenants are expected to pay a deposit of $1,000 along with a $100 application fee and $350 administrative fee.  For a rental community of this caliber, the move-in fees are very reasonable.  And, as a bonus, the first month’s rent is free. 

Phase 2 is underway with completion set for around March 2014.  This phase adds another 119 units of one, two, and three-bedroom homes with additional space for retail on the ground floor.
