Gables Marquis

Gables Marquis is a somewhat new condominium in Coral Gables.  Built in 2007, this 20-story building with 177 units stands out along the Coral Gables skyline with its distinctive architecture.  It is a very popular condominium with those in search of Coral Gables real estate as a second or vacation home as well as retirees who relocate to the area. 
Gables Marquis adds a touch of contemporary to an upscale area that has tons to offer its residents in terms of golf, boating, its close proximity to other popular areas of Miami Dade County and more.

Over the past six months, only five homes sold (all two-bedroom units) with sale prices from just under $200K to almost $300K.  The average number of days on the market for those five properties was only 78 days.  

For investors, Gables Marquis is an incredible investment opportunity.  Owners of Gables Marquis rental property can lease their units up to three times per year for a minimum of 90 days each.  Monthly rental rates range from about $1,300 to over $2,400.
